Problem with Up Front Module

When I attempt to import the Up Front module to vassal, I get a message saying invalid import file. The file Up_Front_v3_4.vmod’ cannot be imported into VASSAL. I have tried using several different versions of Vassal running from 3.2.11 for windows all the way back to the 3.1.0 beta 1 for windows but get the same problem no matter what version of the VASSAL engine for windows that I am using. For system info, I have Java Version 7 update 51, Windows XP professional version 5.1.2600 service pack 3, 465 GB of free space, I have a Dell OptiPlex GX270 CPU. Intel 82865G Graphics controller. Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks.

Use Open. Import is for converting non-VASSAL modules.
