When I build a new prototype, there is a (hidden not editable) BasicPiece at the bottom of the trait stack (I can see it in the buildFile). The posx (second part) of the state is strangely non-zero (the state is null;xxx;0;), with xxx varying. What does it represent? If I generate many prototypes (by hand), can I safely set xxx to zero ?
That’s the position of the piece on the screen; it will be overwritten when you place it on a map. You can safely set it to zero by hand.
