OK, so I know that the auto-report functions of maps (are supposed to) take care of movement to the map, as well as within the map (which seems to be broken in 3.1b5; at least, they’ve never worked for me), but is there a way that I can report the movement from one specific map to another specific map? I.E., I want to report a player “playing” (drag-n-drop) a card from his hand to the main map, but I don’t want every other movement to that map to necessarily be reported. Is there some inherent key command that takes care of that that I could call?
Oh, and is there a way of reporting specifically on the “Draw Multiple Cards” function (like making it report “$playerName$ draws $numCardsDrawn$ from $oldLocation$”)?
You can do this by having all units report their own movement, instead of using the map auto-reporting:
- Turn auto-reporting off
- Add a ‘Key after move’ to the Map
- Add a Report Action to the Cards that reports on the Key after move.

Where do I find this feature/trait?
It is in the Map component, last field - ‘Key Command to apply to units ending movement on this map’
