Runebound Mod: Zooming capability

So I’m trying to implement zooming in my Runebound module, and everytime I try to use it, I can’t get it to actually make the image bigger, just smaller. I mean that my cards are a certain size before i add zoom, and after I add zoom capability, it makes it so the maximum size is what it was before i added zoom capability. Can someone please explain what I’m doing wrong? Do i need to resize my cards to what i want them to look like in max zoom and go from there or is there a way to actually make my current images larger?

Version of VASSAL 3.0 and before support zooming out only. In order to
zoom in, you need to use 3.1.0-beta3.
