Is there a way to save notes in the notes window on a log file? I’m trying to play(start) an email game of GMT’s Normandy '44 with a friend and the notes do not save on the log file, only on the game file. If the notes were included in the logfile, which I would send him, rather than sending both game and log files, it would be preferable. I can, via keyboard, cut & paste the notes from game to log, but I would think there has to be an easier way. We are both fairly new to using Vassal via email, though I’ve used it for solo play intermittently for a bit now. The module is V.93 which I had modified to include a notes window.
