Many scenarios have their own graphics with special rules and tables.
It would be nice to be able to import (similar to Charts) graphics as part of a scenario as opposed to part of the module.
Perhaps a little ambiguous: The graphics import would be saved as part of a game (.vsav) like pieces. (Whether or not it would be incorporated as a scenario would be up to the designer.) The player could add it as he would add pieces to his game, except he could import it rather than selecting from the Game Pieces menu item.
