Separating properties for different game piece layers?

I have 3 layers set up but the second lair is the one that has multiple pieces on it. The standard separation when not moused over is good for the pieces on their own layer.

What I would like to do is make the layer offset its entire stack so I can at least get a mouse over the 2nd layer to view whats on it without having to move the 3rd layer first.

On your (Game Piece Layers) trait for the map in question, you can add a (Game Piece Layer Control) that will allow players to move layers up and down with a Hot Key.

Would that work for you?
