This should be something we address in a future release. Many users are having trouble figuring out where to put the files (among other things), there are issues with case sensitivity on Unix making it hard to get the folder name correct.
Is there any chance we could make it simpler by just called the subdirectory “ext” or something similar?
I’m not a big fan, I prefer to just dump everything into the module. One download, easier for users to run.
