# Totaler Krieg 1.54 problem with Total War cards

These cards should become available when “German Mobilization” is played, but they don’t. Anyone know why?

Or if not, and we assume that they are and there is just a missing trigger, how can I put that in?

Have run into this card problem as well, just learning both game and Vassal. No solution other than a messy move so far. Second item, do not see any markers/counters for Ceded border boxes?? I would now wonder if the allied/russian total war cards move when axis plays a total war card?

Have looked closer and the action is same as when a nuetrals units are needed, pull from box and then place them on map, or with cards expand the hand box and place cards there.
