Twilight Imperium 3 (ST): Home Systems will not Load

Please help;
I am on Vassal due to my addiction to TI3. However, after 3 days of trying to just properly load TI3 Shards (8players) mod 2.1, Vassal 3.2.8; I have reached nothing but loose ends.

I cannot seem to load the Home System and the rest of the “Top Row” within the “Setup” window.

Again please help for even google has failed me (and therefore probably others) with a hint of an answer.

I can see it with lastest version of vassal engine. Try to update it or resize the setup window manually

Why are you using 3.2.8? That’s quite old. I suggest updating to the
current version of VASSAL 3.2.13, before doing anything else.

I’m no Zarathustra.
I uninstalled the current version to match the “compatible” phrase, with no luck. I will resize the window after work. Thanks for the leads.

Update:
Installed the most recent version of Vassal again.
How do I update the window where the “Home System” should be? The best I could do was add padding, haha.
If I am logged in as the GM should I see the “Top Row” of “Setup”?

Still no luck and a lot of questions. Please help.
