Unable to load Vassal 3.2.17

I got a new computer and have been having sudden issues.

PC Desktop high end specs

I have Java 8 64 bit and my computer is 64 bit

When I click on the Vassal icon there is a pop up that asks: “Do you want this app from an unknown publisher to make changes on your device?”

I say “Yes” and nothing happens.

This is running it as an admin. When I click it as a non admin nothing happens.

Any input?

Specs: Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i5-4590 @ 3.30 GHz
64 bit Operating System, x64 based processor

Have you tried Java 32 bit to install and run VASSAL?

DO NOT install 32-bit Java. You have a 64-bit system. You want 64-bit Java.
