Tigris and Euphrates v 4.1 is now available.
Summarizing all recent work, this includes:
- A choice of maps
- Optional use of ziggurat and advanced buildings
- Priority treasures marked
- Private hands actually private
- Automated counting scoring cubes
- Lots of new useful menu/keyboard commands
- Randomized turn order that can be referred to throughout the game.

It works for me. I will ask on the discord if anybody can help. Though could you confirm which version you were trying to download.
The link that is coming up in the post is https://forum.vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Tigris_%26_Euphrates, which is indeed a broken link. But if you look for the module, I’m able to find it at Module:Tigris & Euphrates - Vassal.
