If a module has a Tutorial, the Wizard puts out the Tutorial message even if the Tutorial option is clicked away from (and doesn’t run).
This happens on a first time load when the Tutorial is configured to run for first time users and that user cancels the Tutorial whilst still in the Wizard.
It also happens on a subsequent use of the Wizard, if the user selects the Tutorial and then de-selects it.
It does not happen if the Tutorial is not selected at all or if the Wizard is bypassed.
