Apparently there’s a file size limit of 256 KB for attachments. With the screen shots and new content, the new draft has gone over this limit. Any way around this?

Thus spake “mycenae”:

Right at the moment, no. The limit will be much higher on the new site.
Is there someplace else you can upload it?

The only way I’ve found is to upload it to a site somewhere and post a link.

I’ve been using MF for a long time, it’s almost perfect for file sharing.

The draft is available at

Looking good.

A couple of comments

  1. The term ‘Peer-to-peer’ is meaningless tecnho-babble to most people. It is mentioned 4 times before being defined in the ‘Playing peer-to-peer’ section. It either needs to be clearly defined early on, or use some other term.

  2. Preferences → Module Manager → General Preferences → Language:

Also specifies the language that any future modules opened will be displayed in. You do not need to restart Vassal in order to play a module in a newly selected language, only if you want to see the MM in the new language. The comment about ‘the module specifically includes the translation’ doesn’t make sense here, you are only talking about the MM.

  1. Even page numbers are not displaying.

  2. Section numbering?
