I guess you are talking about this table?
As @Wyldman68 points out, the table is running Android 12. That means you can install Vassal on it by following How to Run VASSAL on Android (X11):
- Install Termux and Termux:X11 on the table
- Download a script and run it
- Run Vassal on the table
Now, because Vassal is designed for a desktop paradigm with keyboard and mouse, it may take a little getting-used-to to use touch controls. Most likely you will be able to attach a keyboard and mouse (via USB or Bluetooth) to the table, and control Vassal as you do on a computer.
