Vassal not opening on Windows 7 (64bit) with Java 7 update 4

Hi I’ve downloaded Vassal versions 3.1.7, 3.1.19, and 3.2 and none of them open. I tried installing, uninstalling and reinstalling 3.1.19 and 3.2 and restarting and all of that, and nothing works. When I try to open Vassal, either via the start menu or desktop shortcut, I see the progress wheel for a split second and then nothing happens. I tried opening the Infinity module and that didn’t work either.

Can you help?

This is likely a problem with your Java installation. Follow the the
instructions on this thread, starting with the linked post, and and let

OK, I fixed the problem by un-installing previous versions of Java using an un-installer.

Cheers!
