The %1% part of that path seems out of place to me (luckily it just has no impact in the typical case). I would use %~d0 instead to get the drive letter the batch file was read from (in case it somehow got launched with a different working directory).
Including . at the start of the path is also a bit unusual on Windows (Unix user in a foreign land perhaps
