Version Mismatch?

Hi.

Both in

vassalengine.svn.sourceforge.ne … /Info.java

and in

vassalengine.svn.sourceforge.ne … /Info.java

the field VERSION is defined as

private static final String VERSION = "3.1.10";

Shouldn’t it be 3.1.11, at least in tag v3_1_11?

That String is automatically updated by the Makefile whenever you use
it to do a build; this is why I generally don’t commit those changes.
I do try to do it once per release, though; it seems that I missed
doing that for 3.1.11. It’s fixed now.
