Looking for four more players to get a Virgin Queen game off the ground.

Could use ACTS if that’s the best way to go about it (I never have, but would learn; opinions on ACTS?). I’m familiar with Vassal and Dropbox. I’m not the brightest guy around, but I could set all of that up if needed.
