I had computer problems and had to reinstall VSQL. As far as I know when I restarted it I used the same username as before but a different password, so now I can’t see any unit splaced using HIP. I’ve gone in to Preferences and changed my password to what I believe it was before, but no units have appeared. Any ideas as to what else I could try?

Your old password was in the Preferences file, but you overwrote that
when you changed it. Do you have a backup?
