Why JAVA is not getting loaded for Windows?

Hello all.

I have downloaded Vassal 3.2.17 and installing it. I get, at about 2/3 of the process, the message “Java could not be loaded, timeout”. I have Windows 10 .Can anybody help please? :frowning:
