I’ve been gaming since the late 70’s and am focusing on Wargaming these past months given the amazing quality of designs available.
I’m semi retired now and have lots of time to game.
Last winter I played a full game of Wellington’s Victory and had a great experience… I was hooked really by the potential for online gaming.
I use Discord and Vassal/TTop Simulator and am out west Up in the wilds of the Yukon, hold up in a cabin. I found 3 - 4 hour sessions with chatting worked fine to get the turns progressing.

I’m updating the Wellington’s Vic rules Set, to personal taste, and am in the process of attempting to port them into a full blown Borodino, vassal module, of which I’ve got the map and counters 80% done. Then onto play testing. Ya… its going to epic …LOL (I’m already whimpering at the time I’ve invested in this)
