AHGC Midway-Log file does not record ship movement

AHGC PBEM. I created the first log file and it recorded ship movement on the search board. All future movement on the search board has not been recorded with subsequent log files. It just reverts back to the original movement. I figured out a work around but any insight to this bug and a solution would be appreciated.

This might be your problem. 3.1.2 is ancient. 3.1.20 is the latest 3.1
release.
