Ambush Module - Map Problems

Hi all. There appears to be a problem getting the other maps, not just the original game A and B, but all the maps for Silver Star and Purple Heart.

There is an old post from 2008 about this problem, but the answers, the resolution, is on a thread that has since been deleted.

Can anyone assist here? Does not seem like many play Ambush with vassal but I prefer the comfort playing on a large monitor, even though I have the game and all the extra modules.

I was looking for the same answer, when I found your request. I just found that, if you look for older versions of Ambush on vassal. Then download the extension files for Silver Star and Purple heart there, open Ambush on vassal on your computer and use the add extension option and add them. When you relaunch Ambush on vassal all the maps and combinations are listed on the map board function.

So for future players, you have to download the 1.1 version, then right click on Ambush within the first Vassal window to add extension. Adding the extensions for Purple Heart and Silver Star gives you those extra maps.
