Any new way to merge log files?

I searched and found that there is a way to merge log files, but it involves a lengthy process of constantly opening later log files in an earlier log file and continuing it. Has there been any updates or easier ways to link log files so you could see a game from start to finish that encompassed a multitude of log files.

I was trying to follow a game to learn it, so it would be nice if the log files could just blend together into one cohesive game.

There is no new way to merge log files. There won’t be until VASSAL 4.

My plans w/r/t log files for V4 haven’t changed.

We only just released 3.3.0 two days ago, so it will be a bit before V4
is underway.
