New features:
1.New Starfield playing board. The plain black board starts as default but you can activate or deactivate Starfield at anytime.
2. New Boresight Targeting Beam. Deadly accurate.
3. New Turn Counter.
4. New Notes Window.
5. Added the B5 ACTA logo at start.
