Could someone explain the use of the Axis Rail, Soviet Rail, AXIS MSU/DUMPS, Soviet GT MSU/Dumps button screens. They look helpful but with no instructions I cannot figure out how to use them and make use of them in my game of Scenario 2, the drive on Kiev and onwards. Thank you!
