Broken link in 3.6.0 docs

Hey,

On the GamePiece.html page, there is a link to GlobalHotkey.html - but that file doesn’t exist - it is GlobalHotKey.html - with a capital ‘K’

That is actually OS dependent, it works on Windoze which has a case insensitive files system.

Grateful for all comments relating to Vassal 3.6. I will keep a PR open for a few days in case you find any more issues.
