Bug with Clone trait

I found a bug in Vassal, concerning Clone trait.

I’m using a portuguese keyboard and when I select a unit and type 'Ctrl + ç (c cedilha) the unit is cloned, even if it doesn’t has this trait. This caracter (c cedilha) doesn’t exist in english keyboards, but the same thing happen when typing Ctrl + ñ (n with a tilde) in a spanish keyboard.
Probably it happen in other foreign keyboards when typing caracters that doesn’t exist in english…

I tried it in several modules and even creating a new one and the same happened all time (curiously not in VASL).
In Vassal editor, when I type this combination of keys in “Keyboard command” box I get the folowing decription: CTRL UNKNOWN_KEYCODE:_0X0
