Case Blue/GB2 module MIA

Several weeks after uploading an update, the Case Blue module seems to have vanished:

I’m getting an Error 404 message now. Any help appreciated. TIA

It’s the same problem as this: "Axis Empires Ultimate Ed." module page link is broken
