I appear to have been disconnected and can’t reconnect from my home connection. I can connect fine from another connection. Is there any server issue?

Was just playing.
Sorry, I will elaborate. I was playing in VASSAL, when suddenly I lost the connection. Both the VASSAL client and the vassalengine.org website don’t work anymore. All my internet works, except your server, like it’s blocked. I think it happened yesterday too, for a short time, and then came back in a few minutes. But now it’s not coming back. I thought it was a general outage perhaps, with the server move, but it (vassalengine.org) is working on the connection from which I am typing this now (remote connection on another computer). When I ping your IP it comes back instantly with a timeout.

After a long call with the technical department of my ISP they haven’t found yet where the problem lies. They can connect, but their customers can’t. I did a traceroute, and the last place it gets to before bogging down is: cox-communications-gw.ip4.tinet.net (77.67.79.234)
After a whois on vassalengine.org I do believe Cox Communications is the VASSAL server host. So maybe they decided to block my ISP. Anyway, I’ll get a call back later from my ISP. Hopefully they can find the fault. I will then report back when I know more.
Edit: maybe Cox Communications is only the domain registrar, not the server host.
