I am reliably able to cause multiple Vassal mods to crash by clicking to scroll in windows. This does not seem to happen in the “main” window, but many others, such as other displays, or chart images for instance.

Which version of Java is this? Which version of VASSAL?
All of the 3.3.0 builds bundle Java for Macs. 3.3.0-beta2 had Java 13.
svn9383 has Java 14. It’s possible that will make a difference.
The sort of error output you posted is either due to a bug in Java or
a bug in something in your OS. Given that you said you’re running a
beta version of Mac OS, my guess is that it’s the latter. There’s not
much we can do about that.
Same behavior with the svn9383 build. It does appear to be some bug or aggressive security action in the macOS beta here. I also narrowed it down to specifically clicking in scroll bar areas. Trackpad gesture scrolling works fine.

Is there a place where you can report bugs against the Mac OS beta you’re
using? They’re going to be better positioned to say whether the bug is
theirs or in Java.
No reply or specific info received. However, with latest MacOS 10.15.5 the crashing issue in scrollbar areas is no longer reproducible. Thanks to whomever fixed that, presumably at Apple.
