Whenever I call up the Status at the bottom of the home page, I get the listing for what the server is doing now, however, if I select any of the tabs, i.e. day, week, month, it never changes to the tab selected. Am I doing some bad Ju Ju and doing it wrong (not much to do wrong in just selecting a tab is there?)
You’re not waiting long enough. Fetching the Day results takes maybe 10s for me.
Ahhhh, there you go, appreciate the insight…just used to it being almost instantaneous in the old version.
The reason behind this is the following: In the process of migrating to the new site I discovered that the old database structure was screwing up the character encoding and that the query inserting new items was totally broken—but correcting this has has made queries much slower.
It’s on my list to revisit, but it might be a while before I get to it.
Try now. You should find it significantly faster.
