There seems to be some custom code in this module (4.45 solo) that is no longer compatible with VASSAL (3.6.5).

Removed classes, methods, and fields in C:\Users<user>\Documents\MEGAsync\VASSAL_ext\A.Victory.Lost-v4.45-Solo.vmod
(used by => removed item, version when removed
