Does Not Stack Property / Band Select Question

Not sure if this is an old issue or not I am using the latest version of vassal.

I would like to have a piece with the following Does not stack properties.
Select Piece->Normally
Band Select->Never
Move Piece->only if selected
Piece Can Stack->Normally

With this setting the piece still Band Selects. If I change to Piece Can Stack->Never
It will not band select as expected but I would like the piece to stack with other pieces.

Can I have a piece not Band select and still stack with other pieces?

Yes; as well as disabling band select, check the box to allow the “do not stack” trait to stack.

Thanks for the suggestion.
When these options are set as you mentioned the counter will still band select.
