EotS-finding Japanese cards 1 & 2 to begin 1941 game

How do I find the cards for Operation Z and IAI- Operation No. 1 to start the game?

On that note, are there hotkeys for shuffling card decks (since it seems I always get the same cards)? Are there generic hotkeys for other common tasks I am just not finding? (I got a new MacBook for my birthday so bear that in mind.)

If you are playing from the mod you should be able to right click on your deck of cards which gives you option to shuffle, select specific cards etc.
