We can’t pursue this without more details. Are there messages? What’s in the errorLog?
Also, 3.7.14 isn’t current, so there’s nothing to be done unless you can reproduce the problem with the current release, which is 3.7.18.
It only happens when I have cleared cache so not a big deal, I will clear cache and install latest version after I finish the games I am playing with others.
For the record, the version of VASSAL you have installed has no bearing on your ability to participate in ongoing games. You can update it whenever you want without impacting play.
