Europe Engulfed v3.6.3 includes the following updates:
- Add Neutral (Brown) as Group Cycle Option
- Prevents unused Groups from showing in German Inventory and useful for some large Neutral battles (e.g., Spain)
- Resets to Neutral when Return to FP
- Rebuild Scenarios
- 1941/Barbarossa start w/ Soviets still at peace, so that Automated Front Check is available to players
