As I understand it, the deck-specific global key command elements seem to prevent reports from targeted pieces in the deck. This means you can only use the report generated by the gkc itself, which means you can’t report any conditional result of the gkc.
It would be nice if these gkc elements had a checkbox to suppress or not suppress reports, like other gkc traits.
