The Battle of Lagos Scenario does not have a set up included, just a blank map. Also, if one tries to load the ships manually, the Guernsey is missing for the British. I got discouraged at that point and didn’t check the French.
Sorry for the disappointment. The deluxe module is incomplete in respect of most new scenarios and their ships. I will highlight this on the module page.
If any one reading this has time to prepare the image files for the missing counters, please contact me. I would be happy for the collaboration to complete the module.
