Having an issue where only the US player can see the cards. Only the backs appear to the other side and I can’t see a way to flip them. Most likely I am missing something?

Also when the US player retakes a city the bonus card shows up next to the city, but disappears after that. It does not reappear on the next turn when the US player would actually play it?

I fixed this issue in v2.2 of the module. Bonus Partisan cards will now be drawn face-down, automatically flipped during the next USA Reinforcements phase when they can be played, then discarded automatically with the face-up regular cards at the end of the turn.
