Global Options incorrectly display in Preferences

In Beta2 the Preferences display is now using the Global Option property names rather than the configured text. Comparing Beta2 preferences panel with same under v3.5.8 in an example module…

This is fixed in VASSAL-3.6.0-SNAPSHOT-12c56cb or later.
