I think I see what you were talking about now. The new Zoomer stores its
zoom level information in a different attribute than the old Zoomer, so
as not to step on its toes and maintain interoperability. The TBK module
actually has 6 zoom levels—those weren’t invented by the new Zoomer,
which has 4 levels by default (the original three based on powers of
1.6, and 1.6 itself). What’s happening is that the new Zoomer isn’t
updating the old attributes when new zoom levels are added, so 3.0 and
before are seeing a Zoomer with no zoom levels defined, and hence you
get the default 3.

Does this seem ok, or does it need to be fixed?
