I haven’t played my copy of HIS in years but I am interested in trying it out on VASSAL.
I have played HIS PBEM in the past using ACTS. BUt don’t recall using VASSAL so, a learning curve.
let me know. Retired so flexible in time and time zone issues. Will commit to 24 hour turn-around ( and likely faster).
