How to transfer Project ownership in the new module Library?

I have just found that a log time ago I had a different account and created a project with it. So, this project is assigned to this old user account.

Now I use a different account. I have no memory of why I have a different account :(.

Is there a way to change the project ownership so anyone trying to contact the project owner reaches me?

We can combine accounts, but we have to know which account to combine into which other account.
