Its hard working keep track of everything, I suggest changing the interface to use all that vacant horizontal real estate.
In project view we could have multiple columns, with one column for each (or at least the key) top level nodes and their descendants.

Note- the 256kb upload limit is just a bit too small for a monitor screen these days. These shots originally came in at 260 & 300kb at 1:1 pixels and their file sizes actually get larger when scaled down using gimp.
