I am trying to set up a game of JP3R but, once I have completed the physical set up of the scenario and try to access the German Impulse Chits (box marked “German Options”), that box is greyed out and inaccessible as are the boxes for Italy and Japan. Can anyone tell me what I should do to gain access?
The module allows for the Great Pacific War to be played but I don’t want to play that at this stage, so the unavailability of Japan’s box is not a problem.
