JVM for Edit mode versus Play a Game Mode

Currently there is 1 is JVM max heap size. This works OK for when actually playing a game.
However, when a module developer is in ‘Edit Module’ mode there is a real need to have separate max JVM heap size.
I set my max JVM RAM to suit the edit mode. I do not need that max JVM RAM for just playing a game.
Refreshing counters takes RAM, a lot of RAM. Just editing takes more than just playing a game.
