Loading scenario cards

Noob here. Downloaded VASL. Downloaded ASL modules. I open a module and there are the boards. There are the counters. No scenario card. What am I doing wrong here? Is that a separate download? If so, from where. Is it a button to get it to display? If so, where is the button.

Any help is appreciated.
