Just picked up The US Civil War the other day, and have no experience with GMT games. Looking for someone to help learn the game with. Would appreciate voice chat of some kind, find it easier to communicate that way. I use skype usually for that. Please let me know if interested.

You are correct, GMT -8. I was looking at the GMT time and converted it to PST.
